Md. Ekhtear Hassan Milon is the Chairman of the ABDA . He had completed Bachelor of Arts in the year 1969. He was one of the major organizers of the 1971 freedom war of Bangladesh (Muktijodho) and was the Founder Vice President of Youth Party of Awami League – present government party of Bangladesh. Recently, he has been awarded Mother Teresa Gold award, Bangladesh Freedom Award, Dr. Mohammad Sohidullah Award for his contribution to Bangladesh as an organizer of 1971 Bangladesh Freedom war (Muktijodho). Many of his political followers are present Parliament Members (MP) and Minister of present government. Beside the position of ABDA , Md. Ekhtear Hassan Milon is also the Chairman of several sister concerns of ABDA such as BITDCO, ABEC, BITDCO Software Ltd. and etc. In addition of the above Md. Ekhtear Hassan Milon is the owner of many residential and commercial properties in Dhaka (the capital city of Bangladesh).

Md. Iftekhar Hassan Tarek is the Managing Director of the Company ABDA. He is one of the Twin Son of Md. Ekhtear Hassan Milon (The Chairman of ABDA ) . He has completed Masters of Business Administration ( MBA ) – Major in Management Information System, Post Graduate Diploma ( PGD ) in E-Commerce and Bachelor of Commerce from Australia. He is an alumni of Edith Cowan University (ECU), Australia and a fellow alumni of IBA, Dhaka University. He has 15 years practical business experience both in products and services oriented business sectors. Md. Iftekhar Hassan Tarek went to Australia in 1999 and he is an Australian Permanent Resident since then. He is flying frequently to overseas and specially Australia, UK, India and Bangladesh to maintain all the businesses. Md. Iftekhar Hassan Tarek have extensive investment in several services and products oriented businesses in Bangladesh, India & Australia through its sister concerns / associates companies. Beside the position of ABDA , Md. Iftekhar Hassan Tarek is also the Managing Directors of several sister concerns of ABDA such as BITDCO, ABEC, BITDCO Software Ltd., South Pole Financial Services and etc. In addition of the above Md. Iftekhar Hassan Tarek is the owner of many residential and commercial properties in Dhaka (the capital city of Bangladesh). He traveled many countries of the world including Australia, UK, Singapore, Malaysia, Nepal and India in connection with the above businesses.
